90 minute wait for a scheduled appointment. The office does look nice though. Lots of screaming kids, presumably due to waiting in tiny rooms.

where to start? I have several reasons I would never EVER return to any Pediatric Associate locations. My first experience was at the Aventura office. I took my 6 month old for shots. I waited in a back corner room for 45 minutes before poking my head out to see what the hold up was. It was then I realized that they had closed for lunch, the staff was in the waiting room cleaning the chairs and eating lunch. They take forever for appointments. They really don't run close to on schedule. And their location requires you to pay for parking. The staff is nice, but they are short-staffed, and preoccupied. Inconvenient location, added expense and too busy for customer service- I won't be back. All of the pediatric associates are supposed to have a shared file system- and yet they don't maintain records, and don't have access to when my child goes to another office.

I have to wait an hour for the doctor. We were waiting in the room, telling me that the doctor was behind the schedule an hour later , just because I ask otherwise they never mention about. And it is not the first time always the waiting is more than 45 minutes. They never send the prescription on time to the pharmacy, two or three days later. I have come to this office for about the last 7 1/2 years. At first, we LOVED it, actually for several years. The doctors know my son, they know us, and they genuinely care to take their time. However, I just had a baby in August and have started coming more frequently again with well visits. This place has definitely changed, as it seems more like a factory. This has to be one of the worst pediatrician offices I've ever been to. Forget about the fact that it's a nightmare to get here due to the location, overall it's highly unorganized and unprofessional. I came here the first time to drop off paperwork and confirm an appointment for someone else. I checked with the nurse at least 4 times to make sure the appointment was scheduled. Absolutely a nightmare in every sense of the word. Waited for 2 damn hours to see the nurse for a SCHEDULED well visit. Not the first time that's happened. Receptionist was doing the best she can given that it's run like a factory. One of the nurses was very helpful and caring, while a younger nurse there was too busy texting to even acknowledge my concern. Avoid this place at all cost!

Beautiful office but waited over an hour and a half just for a prenatal introduction while I was pregnant. The staff gave us an appointment at the end of the day and we thought we would be in and out. The office was empty, yet we were stuck in a small room and left there. No one came to check on us or let us know what was going on. We wound up walking out extremely frustrated. That said, this was probably more of a staff error than the doctor's fault.
