After a Long wait we've finally see the Doctor, Diane Sredni, that was too tired to pay too much attention to my girl. It was a regular 11 y/o well-child checkup. She did not perform any of the required actions for a 11yo girl visit, except for the vital signs and the shots. It was literally a wait of 1.45 hs and a 5 minutes visit. This is the annual checkup! My impression: This doctor doesnt care. She's there just to make money.

If I could give negative stars I would. These doctors are rude and have their own agenda with no understanding about vaccinations. They do not care about the well being of your own individual child. They just want to push vaccines on you. We visited Dr. Garsva and she was rude and condescending the moment we told her we did not want to vaccinate our child that day. Terrible staff . I had an appt at the aventura office for the first time in 5 years , I never have issues when I come in to any office or call any office . Not only did I make it 15 mins late because they wouldn't answer the phone to guide me as this office in the hospital and the directory doesn't specify the office on the 2nd floor . Then the lady tells me they have no insurance on file and I don't have the card lucky me it's Saturday so I can't get thru to the insurance . Another terrible experience at Pediatric Associates. Came to pierce my daughters ears, the doctor missed the spot and did not pierce it in the middle, had to wait for the hole to close come again and this morning our appointment was at 9, we were here sharp it is now 9:33 and we have not been seen by a doctor yet and there are 3 patients more before she sees us. Terrible, terrible wait time! I've been with them for almost 4 years and I'm ready to take my business elsewhere. I think they book 10 ppl in an hour. They are always behind. I'm so sick and tired of such poor customer service. Every time I ask to speak to an office manager, he/she is NEVER there.

Zeltsman is a very good doctor but the system in there is absolutely ridiculous. The time of waiting for the appointment that you made in advance could be hours. The last time was absolutely insane. After the doctor saw us, we were supposed to get some shots but nobody came for 25 mins. We were sitting in the room to wait with a 6 month old baby. Why make an appointment for a certain time and have me wait in a little hot room for almost 2 hours with a 1 year old.

Terrible , all the time 1-2 hours waiting and the last time Dr. Belousov very unprofessional .
