RecommendedWe are very happy with the salesman and the professional installers of the new front door, side lights and storm door. The complete team was courteous, efficient, respectful of our property and our hardwood floors. Would recommend using McCombs over the big box store on an investment this large to get it done right.
RecommendedI had all my windows and patio door replaced. The installation went smoothly and my house was cleaner when Mark and Dylan left. Windows were washed also. The built in blinds in the patio door are awesome. There is also a lock so all the windows and door can be opened for some air. Very easy to clean!

RecommendedGreat well-informed salesman, efficient follow up visit to check measurements, call the week prior to delivery and installation, call 30 minutes before delivery, and a call 30 minutes prior to installers’ arrival. The installers were friendly, clean and neat, and finished quickly. Great experience abd the price was very competitive. We are very pleased with both the product and the experience. Recommended!

RecommendedWe had French doors installed yesterday and had an excellent experience. The sales person, Wes, listened to what we wanted and provided several options. He always responded to texts with any questions or concerns. Several weeks later, the door was delivered exactly when and where we discussed. The installers, Mark and Josh, arrived and cut no corners to install the door. We are very pleased with the door. Our expectations were exceeded! Thank you Pella!

RecommendedI rely on Pella products from McComb Window & Door whenever my windows and exterior doors need replacing. To date they have replaced ten windows and four doors in my 35-year-old house. Their quality is exceptional!

RecommendedWe had Pella replace two windows in our 108 year old home. Our sales consultant,Adam, was knowledgeable, helpful and no pressure. He gave us multiple quotes so we could desire what was best option for us. He was the only sales person who did not require a minimum number of windows to do the work. The installer, Jack, was thorough, professional and left the rooms he worked in cleaner than when he arrived. We will hire Pella again when we are ready for future projects.
