I just got my windows installed thru Lowes. One of the windows doesn't lock at all. The holes for the window to lock are missing. I can send you pics. I am a female staying by myself in the woods and my window won't lock! To top that off I paid extra for the closures that are supposed to lock when you shut the window automatically. Not all of them lock, I have to finagle them to get them to lock. They are cheap plastic fixtures that I expect to break. I can't believe a company brand like Pella would do this. Ice formed INSIDE my Pella windows. Customer Service is horrible. I've complained before about the condensation issue, but they say it's "my" problem. Check out the video on my FB page of ICE inside my new Pella windows.
