RecommendedOf course I hope to enjoy the windows for years to come, but so far the experience was great and the installation team was on time, courteous, efficient and experienced. I think a lot of the quality of the windows come down to how well they are installed, so I'm hopeful I had great product to match the installation. Follow up and communication highly rated for Aaron and his peers.
RecommendedDownsizing is not easy. But when you can add Pella windows into the remodel the view looks pretty great.
RecommendedPella has excellent quality products - I especially like the tilt-in feature that allows me to easily wash all my windows from the inside. The installation crew was efficient, neat and tidy, friendly, and did an excellent job of keeping the disruption associated with a construction project to a minimum. This was my second project with Pella replacement windows (the other project was in Ohio) and I had an excellent experience both times. Well worth the money.
Can’t get them to come back after reporting an issue 6 months after build and it’s been two years. They installed my windows upside down with the weep holes and every time it rains I have severe rain damage and water all In my home. Have reached out to Neil jacobs but no calls back. Im told a part was ordered to fix this but it’s been over a month and other windows are sitting in my basement after a year of not being installed.
Wish Pella Windows and Doors actually give/install the quality they promise, I bought a whole house window set, and the quality is so nasty, black windows seems like they painted with nail polish!!! Worse part is they acting like "oh I don't know" That lifetime warranty they offer, is not true. So Pella Windows & Doors of Indianapolis and Lowe's Home Improvement is a real bad combination.
I have an appointment a month and a half away have my Pella patio door looked at due to possible air infiltration and mold beginning to build up. I believe the issue is getting progressively worse. I have been requesting an earlier date to have this checked and customer service is saying that there is nothing they can do. I am concerned that the mold issue will get out of hand before my service appointment next month. I contacted my Pella sales rep, Adam Siddiqui, regarding repair for front door. He gave great urgency to the situation. He was extremely helpful and responsive. Because of his actions, Pella sent out someone to repair my front door handles immediately. Thank you Pella for fixing my door so quickly, and during a holiday weekend. Great products and services!

Been dealing with a patio door issue for for more than a year! Door rotted from the inside out due to leakage around glass. Requested replacement. Wrong door used in replacement. Unable to get matching door so side panels needed to be replaced as well. Wrong door ordered twice. Finally got correct door installed. New door leaked around outside glass seal and ruined hardwood flooring during recent rains. New door not locking because of damp/swollen wood. I am a patient person, but this is ridiculous. crap for customer service. they will definitely give you the run around when trying to get them to fix their mistakes and when you do finally get someone to come out they'll admit their mistake and flat out say Oh well
