I have tremendous confidence in Pender. The level of care, genuine concern, and ability is unparalleled in my experience. In our latest visit, Dr. Denny and Tech Kayla absolutely lived up to those standards. Drug prices, however, are ridiculous. I can buy most of my dogs' Rx at Costco for 40% what they cost at Pender.

Pender is by far the best Vet. Dr. Cranston is extremely knowledgeable and her interaction with my little guy is absolutely amazing. They also have a top notch staff from the techs to the cleaning people. No matter when you call whomever you speak to can answer your questions and concerns correctly. Everyone is friendly. So glad I found them.
Dr Hyatt and the staff at Pender have always been knowledgeable courteous and supportive can’t think of a better place to bring my pets. Knowledge and respect certainty have been a trade mark of every encounter I’ve had over many years at Pender. Thanks for always being there .
Dr. Hyatt and Tiffanie took such a good care of my standard poodle, Bella, yesterday. When we came in for a dental checkup and other routine care. I've been coming here for over thirty years and I am always so pleased with the skill and dedication and kindness shown to my many dogs.
I've been going to Pender for 30 years and my pets and I always receive great care and attention. Health issues are explained and options provided with understanding of each clients unique situation. They take tender care of my very spooky cat.
Service was very good, but very pricey
Always friendly and professional staff. They listen to concerns about my senior dog and provide simply yet reassuring advice for his care. Its worth the 30 min drive to go to Pender!
We used to live in Virginia and used them for years. We moved to Maryland and went back to them even though they are over an hour and a half away because we could not find any other practice that cared for our pets as well as they do or that we trusted like we trust them.
I love how attentive they are.
I recently brought my dog to Pender. Historically he has been extremely fearful at the Vet to point where it has been nearly impossible for them to assess him, give vaccinations and perform blood draws. I was hopeful if we tried switching he might have a better experience. I am so glad that we did and so grateful to Dr. Puentes. She was amazing with him!
