Streamlined process, great communication
Very pleasant and easy process of my cash back refinancing. Closed earlier than expected.
Happy with the process and results.
Had to get "special permission" not to pay a year's worth of early real estate taxes to PennyMac and convince PennyMac I could pay my taxes by myself when they were due (I had to threaten to cancel the refinancing process and go with a different company).
