Total experience was pleasant and Nicholas was great at communicating every step of the way, in many instances went above and beyond to ensure the process was moving along smoothly. I would recommend PennyMac and Nicholas to friends and family for their mortgage and refi needs.

Antonae was very communicative but we played phone tag a lot and I recall talking to her directly only ONE time in the whole process. There were always other agents willing to help me and get my answers completed right away, it was always just someone different helping me every time I returned the call.

Awesome team
The loan portal made the process efficient and easy
Overall the experience was great. However, the documents that the loan officer needed filled out were not uploaded by the loan officer so I had to ask for them specifically each time. Otherwise, we had a great experience.
