Overall, my experience and expectations of PennyMac were far exceeded and I would highly recommend anyone interested in doing business with a very progressive and innovative financial institution.
Most of my communication was with Stephen Toth. I only had one or two contacts with Andy. The experience overall was good.
We couldn’t get the loan we wanted and had manny issues and more than one person to communicate with

It was actually better than ok but less than great. Sometimes during the process it was frustrating with having to have #s reworked because “not sure why they changed”. This is not a reflection of Tyra, just in general with speaking with different people.
Slow process
Fast and Simple!!!
Anna jumped in at the last minute due to the original loan processor being out of the office. Without Anna's help and diligence, the loan would not have closed on time. She requested documents and processed them immediately. She was so easy to work with and communicated everything to me on a timely basis. Thank you Anna!!!
