Yes. Anfernee was of no help to me. Only when I began interacting with Isabella did I feel like my concerns were heard and action was taken. Isabella was my loan officer even though her name does not appear here or anywhere else. If I had been assigned to Isabella from the very beginning, my ratings would be much much higher.

3/9/22 I had very little communication with Ajanay. Not to fault her. If the people assigned to my account were educated and knowledgeable with the VA refinance process. We never should have had to go through the process twice before closing. The first team never communicated with each other or the second team. There was a problem the entire step of the way, both times. The final issue is that the amount applied to the principal was not deducted from the loan amount as we were told. George Reid was very prompt, professional, and friendly during the whole process of refinancing. He answered all of my questions and explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. I would encourage everyone to deal with PennyMac for all of their home loan needs if they get to deal with a representative like George.
