Service was great Process went easily and quickly
Customer service was great. My only hiccup was that the numbers on all the documents kept changing so I had no idea what amount was going to be due at closing and that caused a lot of stress.

clear cut easy to talk to and discuss documents
Amanda was truly outstanding. She followed up with me in a very timely manner and always let me know the status of my loan, what was needed, what I could expect, etc. Her communication was outstanding and she was always very pleasant and easy to talk to.
Odd getting phone calls from all over the country. Not sure if I should trust callers. Only answered because I already had mortage with Penny Mac.
