My original loan was in my name I was single when purchased, I was not told my wife would have to sign until after process was started and credit ran (swe live in North Carolina its a state law) I would have thought ur people would have informed me from the start, U DID NOT. My wife DID NOT WANT TO SIGN. She did but I lookerd like I had no clue what was going on. She became very leary of ALL INFO because I was not given correct info to begin with. My loan officer Nickolas was great to work with. He keep me up to date throughout the loan process and made it very easy to complete. I would use PennyMac again for a future purchase or refinance of my loan. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to do a refinance would highly recommend it for everyone wanting to lower interest rates and save money and years off your loan.

I was either repeatedly given incorrect information or in several instances no information at all despite several requests made at my end. The closing documents were inaccurate. Closing was delayed several times and the funding was also delayed. In short, everything that could go wrong went wrong. Can’t imagine how a company in a regulated environment is allowed to function in this manner.
