Easy process from start to finish
Only spoke to Jasmine 3-4 times, every time I needed to call for anything I spoke to someone else. So my experience wasn’t through her like at all. Due to this the miscommunication I received was unacceptable and stressful. Not to mention due to an incompetence we nearly lost our home owner insurance account because that money was directed to a random non escrow account, and never paid our bill, which I spent nearly a month trying to straighten out.
