Wonderful, informative, and fast
There was a total lack of communication by staff members on the Pennymac side. It all worked out in the end but didn’t need to be nearly as hard as it was.
The experience was great from begninning to end!
Everything went good.
Delay was termite co fault
Very difficult to reach, no returned emails or calls for quite some time. Closing documents were misspelled. Closing took longer than planned. Missed documents in first closing and had to send out second representative.
Ty for an easy experience
Came to my house and explained everything.
Of coarse the loan officer that set up our loan was happy and spoke expectations clearly. Once I started working with Glenn he talked over me and talked to me like an idiot. I did not enjoy working with Glenn. Maybe he has some stuff going on but sure didn’t make this big event feel good. Also, It’s been over 4 months and we are still waiting for a refund because both mortgagers payed our property taxes.
