Everything was good
Contact with too many different people during the process. I received conflicting information regarding timing of needed access to my credit reports by Pennymac during the process. Also had problems with online document transfer system. Following is an excerpt from an email I sent that outlines some of the issues: I received this request today. I would recommend Penny Mac in the future
The entire process lasted a few months and everyone was very helpful and informative.
The process was great except for the closing documents. We noticed some inaccurate information that needed changed and called to have it fixed. When the closing documents arrived we couldn’t sign because they were still not correct and it delayed our closing.
More communication. Process took longer than previous refinancing not online.
