Overall experience.
Very easy, everything went smoothly. We never had any hesitations. We were extremely pleased in how well Ashley handled everything and then called us to follow up.
PennyMac has been a easy process for refinancing and the agents and closing team were excellent.
I was very surprised. I was expecting an uncomfortable experience, but I have to say that was very easy to refinance my property. PennyMac’s personal made everything easy.
