Closing took a little longer than expected for being a interest rate reduction refinance. Also the loan documents were incorrect. My wife's name was spelled "Evelynn". The notary called you guys well we were signing and they told us to make the corrections on the loan documents and I thought it would be corrected on the deed of trust before it recorded and it wasn't.
