There was much confusion because I had a previous mortgage with pennymac. We many times had to ask that the street name be corrected as it was wrong on previous document. It seemed like there were too many things going on and our refi wasn't as important.
The whole refinancing was very easy and imformative all my concerns were met.
The ease of doing everything on line and by telephone save so much time as you are not tied up going into an office several times. Everyone that I spoke to was very informative and made it easy
