Great experience
I had to reach out a lot and several back and forth repeated questions about documents. My closing documents were not correct and had to have a second closing to get the correct documents signed.
I've already filled out a previous survey which I'd have to pull up documented issues that happened during that time for specifics. I feel that this survey was to try to get a better score from the previous one.
It was an unnervingly simple process. Alberto helped me feel a little bit better about this process that really expected to be more difficult.
