Refinance was good got a lower payment
I had a subordination and with that the process took almost 6 months and in the end did not need it. A little confused on the process, but Happy with the results. Overall thanks for hanging with it/me

There was 0 communication whatsoever!! Had to contact pennymac on multiple occasions through the whole process and we could never speak to “our” loan officer. Paperwork was done incorrectly for our VA loan and something we were told was an easy fix took almost 2 weeks to fix and never were even told it was fixed.
