There was a mix-up on what was supposed to be paid at closing. It took me MULTIPLE calls to PennyMac, the state of Oregon, carrier, and the tile company to straighten out property tax and insurance payments. It was tedious and not a pleasant experience.

Closing actually happened earlier than expected. They walked me through each part of the process and it was a breeze. Highly recommend.
