I had emailed follow up questions in response to the final document requests and concerns I had regarding the points on the new loan and the adjusted APR and never got a reply. However after crunching the numbers on my end comparing my old loan to the refinance I found the higher upfront cost was offset by the long term savings.
It was very frustrating trying to get a hold of anybody. I had to call back multiple times a day for a couple days straight to talk to the right person for my questions to be answered.
Anna and Joseph helped me get through the loan refi process. I had a ton of questions and concerns and they were patient and very knowledgeable.
