Tynisha was very patient with me; I had no idea what some of the documents were that they were asking for, and they did their best to explain them to me and to help me find out who else would have the documents, since I in many cases did not have them.

She was very lovely and knowledgeable. The signing process was quick.
Let the customer talk to the same person. Every time i called, someone else answered and didn't know what was going on and gave me incorrect information. Changes were made to my closing documents and were not communicated with me. Please improve communication and customer service
The entire experience was easy. I was not super happy that I had to right a $400+ check at closing, when I was told that closing was included in the documents.
