Good experience
There was confusion throughout the refinance process as it appeared I had 2 requests in process. One was apparently opened during my initial phone contact with a consultant and the second was opened by Michael Bojaj. This resulted in confusion on my end as to which loan application was actually in process and caused delays. I considered cancelling the request and seeking refinance through another company, but ultimately decided to stay with PennyMac.

LaRonda was easy to work with and pleasant to talk to. She madethe process clear.
PennyMac representatives were polite, timely, and accurate. Most of the work was completed on their and took very little of my time. The process was virtually seamless.
Since we have been customers at Penny Mac for so long, it was nice to feel that our loyalty had paid off. The process was very easy!
