Would like to feel as if my business was wanted and valued
The process itself was relatively painless and efficient. The only issue I had was I was expecting a refund back due to having made a payment right before the refi closed as I was told after making the November payment that my "Grace period" was Nov/Dec. That didn't happen but they adjusted the amount to pay off the loan before finalizing things. Not a big deal, just put a glitch in my plans based on what I was told to expect to happen.
