Our closing document/Notary Desiree Tisdale was amazing. She was so personable and knowledgeable. It helped having something so knowledgeable while signing the documents are having a remote closing creates a block in communication throughout the process. She made signing all the docs a pleasure! I will highly recommend her and Pennymac to my friends and family.
I had to call 4 different times to get 4 different explanations as to where my $5k in missing escrow funds had gone and was told each time everything was fine and the numbers worked out only to have a "random audit" of my account acknowledge the money was missing and a credit was applied to my account about a month later.
