The Mac team that was assigned to me were very punctual and accurate to the schedule that was agreed upon. At first my offer was not what was expected so, I wanted to opt out, however Ray worked out a more sufficient offer. He worked to make sure I got what I wanted and was comfortable with. He made sure that a mutual deal was successful and even more, that it was a deal that wasn’t forced .
Barbara was great. Now if only I’d stop getting emails from PennyMac saying I’m eligible to refinance my house because ya know, I just did it.
