Great experience
The whole refi process was not pleasant at all for me. Omar did a good job working with me to get the loan prepared and get credits issued where he could. There were so many added costs to this refi that at I stated I was not in agreement with - as other lenders were waiving these if we went with them. I opted to stay with Pennymac but feel that inhouse fees for existing customers are way to expensive.
