We were so afraid of the refi process but Eric Haywood , kept me in the loop daily informing me every step of the process. During the prep stage he always knew what to say to take me out of doubt and explain the process and what stage I was on. He became a friend and confidante.
This review is actually towards Daniel Torres. From the onset our materials and messages have been sent to the wrong person. I’ve received all of Matt’s and Matt received all of mine. Hilda was great and helpful. Daniel Torres has been blowing Matt and I off. We still haven’t received any answer to our requests. We were told there would be just the one credit pull and only agreed to the one credit pull and several excessive credit pulls were made over the course of a few days. He promptly communicated before arriving and after arriving took his time to explain the documents. We didn’t feel rushed or hurried. He answered our questions with no issues.
