From the moment I contacted PennyMac it was a quick and seem less experience.
Very nice and easy-going and the closing time around two weeks very quickly I really like this mortgage company. Great experience really recommend.
Near the end of the process I felt I was put in put in a position to initiate communication between title company and PennyMac concerning documents that were needed. I understand the loan officers have a lot of different cases and Liam probably did a great job of handling his workload.
I give PennyMac a five they were patient and accurate with the process
