Process was fast and easy! Loan Representative was very responsive and thorough.
Very simple and friendly experience. Only thought that could improve the experience is to implement something like Docusign so we don’t have to physically sign docs.

The representative I spoke to initially clearly laid out everything that was going to happen and the time frame for it all. He explained to me what bills I would be paying and what bills that wouldn't be paid (at my request).
The process was smooth and easy to complete, the team transitions went smoothly and did not require an extreme amount of records research on my time.
My home needed some upgrading to keep it up to par with new homes in the area. I appreciate the help I received from PennyMac staff.
