Ivan was absolutely fantastic. He was prompt and communicated with me very clearly. Almost all of my communication was with Ivan. I don't recall speaking to Erberto during the process.
The team was knowledgeable, professional, & compassionate. My appraisal should have been higher and a reconsideration should have been allowed. Other than that, the experience was flawless.

Took 3 months , read that again!!! 3 months!!! To get this re finance completed. I “chose” penny Mac because y’all were my original lender. So I assumed this would have been a easy process

Great communication and flexibility when signing was rescheduled due to illness.
The lack of communication from the "Team Members" was not what we had expected. There was not clear and direct messaging from PennyMac after the initial call to set up refinance. It would have been nice to have had one team member handling the entire process. Many times it was not easy to reach an individual to get questions answered. Documents that were sent were not uploaded timely and therefore were requested again.
