PennyMac Loan Services did an outstanding job of taking me through the process to refinance my home. Their staff was extremely pleasant to work with and they were very informative. They are excellent communicators, and they understand how to take care of the customer while doing business. I had an absolutely outstanding experience with PennyMac!
I think that maybe the workers have a lot on their plate and are not able to communicate the way they wish too

If you had one person working on it from beginning to end. I spoke with so many people asking me the same questions. That is very annoying. I really hated setting up a e-mail pass word ( THAT NEVER WORKED ). I am old fashion and like to speak to people, not doing e-mails. I know you do not care what old people think, it is the way we always did it. It worked for us. I know you are saying it goes so much faster. Well haste makes waste.
