Everything was great
Andrea was a great help and answered all my question as I needed.
At the begging of my loan process, the communication with Penny Mac wasn’t that great. Sara Almanza was the only one who communicated things well and was very professional. Sara was awesome in helping me through my loan process.
All of the PennyMac employees we spoke to were very helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable.
Sharyl, was amazing! She was great at her job and throughout the process, she made me feel like a confident buyer!
