The process was so easy and we could have not wished for anything better.The loan closed on time and definitely will refer you as an excellent service.

I got my new home!!!
I was told in writing by pennymac I would receive money back at closing (3k). The day before closing I happened to call my title company to confirm my appointment. My title company told me I would have to pay 4k at closing and I had a hour to wire the money or I couldn’t close the next business day. They just received “new” documents from pennymac. I immediately called pennymac and couldn’t get a reasonable explanation why my closing changed by 7k. I also couldn’t get a copy to the new closing documents to understand the cha... read more
