The process was quite easy had a great experience will recommend it to anyone
Mario did a great job by following up with me every other day. Answered my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he would get back to me later. The loan officer supposed to call me a few times but she failed to do so. I supposed to get the $250 for Military/veterans to go toward closing but I did not received it. But overall, remote refinance experience was not too bad compared to traditional face to face refinancing. I would recommend PMac.
It was completed quickly and conveniently. All of our questioned were answered and we felt very comfortable with the process.
