Professional
The process was quick, easy and uneventful. We closed in less time than I expected. A couple lapses in clarity at times, but overall went well.
Process took way too long. Brandon was not helpful in explaining status of loan application or expectation of completion. I have a very high FICO score and low loan to value. No excuse to delay loan approval for months.
This is my second mortgage with PENNYMAC and both experiences were great! Patrick was very helpful and great to work with.
Made a call and got a house that easy.

Too difficult to communicate with simple questions. This may be the electronic age but you still need a personal element to do business effectively and efficiently. Navigation of electronics is not the answer.
