Jessica and Jimmie were fantastic. Only complaint is final down payment was incorrect and I had to send an additional $84 check to title company after settlement.
Blake had clear and concise communication. Anytime I reached out a response was given to me within 24 hours, often sooner, excellent job please never sell my loan I really love Penny Mac

Very clean and professional closing!
My loan agent was prompt and pretty clear about what was needed with documentation. Some communication was needed to clarify and make my point which then required sending more documentation in completeness. He truly stuck with me and worked hard at seeing to it we had the best chance of obtaining our loan at the lowest rate available to us!
