The First Lady I spoke to is amazing and when I needed answers. Candice Williams was very qualified an honest. Yesenia seemed to busy to follow through. While going through the process of a VA refinance, my husband passed away. The process had to change but I got through it with the help of wonderful people at Pennymac.
Ms López was exceptional, professional and personable. She coordinated with various parties and diligently kept us informed.
I really liked the ability to track my loan's progress online. It did help to have the MAC team available. I often needed to ask multiple times for status updates when my loan appeared stuck in a place in the process. That is where the service fell short and my closing was pushed out after being stuck in one step for 3 weeks. I was appreciative of the team and visibility to better understand what was happening through the process.
