We had a short turnaround to close Through the holidays and exceeded our expectations.
I want to be clear Jamie was amazing. He was prompt, always available and honest. It was everyone else I had to deal with who made things slightly problematic. Loan officers who didn't return emails or phone calls, random last minute delays with the closing process, which from what I could tell was purely from PennyMacs own negligence. Jamie was always there to answer questions but many of my issues fell well out of his Jurisdiction.
Timely and polite
The Loan officer was very clear on the offer for re-financing. The closing was very smooth and on time.
The clarity about the process from start to end. Everyone I came into contact with the process were professionally and knowledgeable about any concerns I may had.
Very easy and it didn’t take up a lot of time.
