Everything was pretty good. Communication was fairly limited. There were a few clunky aspects to the website but everything worked.
The initial home value was much higher than the actual appraisal value. While this is not completely your fault I was only doing the refinance to pull cash out for home renovations. In the end I got a lower rate but was disappointed with the outcome. Would have liked the appraisal to happen sooner so I could make a more informed decision.
