Wanda Ivy was great but our first loan officer messed things up and we lost a whole percentage point!!!
Not only inform the right hand as to what the left hand is doing, but make the right hand knows there is a left hand. I had to resubmit several documents several times. When I called to speak with someone they would be clueless about the documents in question. I was left to assume they were too d*** lazy to look in the file!
Recommend providing clarification and double checking information. Multiple occasions throughout the process where documents were not updated, incorrect, or explanations provided for delays were not accurate.
The process was very easy. the loan officer was very Knowledgeable.
