The refinance process was clear, easy and very quick.
There was consistent communication the entire time and what step we were in. The ONLY issue I had was not directly the loan officer fault, however delayed my closing for weeks. This issue was with the lender asking for paperwork 4 separate times. However Danyelle was very pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process.
