Kristina White was fabulous , she is the only person who was remarkable. It was the process that was very confusing and tedious. I had nothing but trouble understanding the tedious process. Do it in person .
Iam was great, answered all my questions and helped me navigate the portal to make sure everything was submitted and on time for my closing day!

Cindy totally stopped communicating with us and e we had to reach out to others in Penny Mac to continue and fix all the s*** that happened. If it wasn’t for Ivan and Laura L. We would’ve gone with another company. We were almost 2 weeks late and still to this day haven’t heard s*** from Cindy except to please fill out this survey.
