Great and easy process overall, just wish there was an option conveyed to not have PMI in my loan and what that would have looked like.
The app needs to be improved concerning the milestone descriptions. Sometimes a status I was in appeared it was already complete, when in reality it was not.

Meet the expectation of the agreed date for closing. Allow the customer to make the decision to pay for insurance or place it in escrow. Especially if they are refinancing from an existing loan and never missed any payments. In my case, I have refinanced 4 times total and have never missed any payments. I requested to take insurance from the loan and pay it directly in advance for this was my request and now one could explain the reason, that it couldn't be accomplished.
