This was long and unneeded process due the handling for the original loan processor Jason P. I had to contact the BBB and file a complaint at get my load was closed without notice to me and the unwillingness to correct the errors made in documentation at closing. Very unprofessional at first but Nolan and Merrill were much better and very understanding and responsive to all situations.
Repeated request for the same documents. Calling and not getting proper answers from various reps. Not granting request that we’re approved the first time. Several corrections
We are return customers. There were no surprises and the whole process proceeded as expected.

Sandi was great, my first penny mac team wasnt that great and when Sandi got on our team it was the best experience we could ask for.
It has taken almost 6 months to get through this process of missed calls and no replies to emails. Now I’m stuck with a title company that won’t return my calls. I’m still not any closer to closing to finishing this.
Great communication and friendly behavior.
Overall, this was the best experience that I've had with a mortgage lender in a long while.
