Very easy process
The closing happened in only 2 weeks. While this is not a big issue and probably a good thing, I was told 4 weeks and that I would not have to make a March payment. When the closing was moved up 2 weeks, it meant I would not need to make a February payment and then will need to make a March payment. This affected my budgeting and resulted in extra work on my end. Also, I struggled to understand the numbers that were given to me regarding my escrow and how that would affect my final loan.
