In the past Penny Mac has taken great care of me hence why I transferred two of my home loans over to Pennymac. Prior to closing I called multiple times and emailed that one of my creditors was actually paid off back in 2019 & needed to be deleted in the closing documents. Now I have $22,000 that I am fighting to get refunded to me, because I have not been able reach a Radian Settlement customer service support for 2 weeks.

I executed a refinance through PennyMac and everything was very clearly laid out from the start. If there were any changes to be made, I was informed exactly what would change in terms of old to new. These changes were all a normal part of the process as terms become more defined after certain events like an appraisal.
