Mariela was professional, courteous, and above all, helpful. She made the closing process smooth and simple. Even when we had a possible complication with a notary canceling last minute, she kept me updated and was on top of fixing the issue. PennyMac is lucky to have an associate like her.

I had to call weekly to obtain updates as Zanetta never reached out to me. So to Improve I would recommend more communication. I do want to say the folks I spoke to when I called were very helpful.

It seemed as if the numbers changed every time I spoke with my first loan processor. I had expectations of receiving a certain amount back and he made it seemed like it was a done deal. But afterwards the amount was extremely lower than what was discussed. Just feel as if you shouldn't get someone's hopes up and you're not 100% sure of the final number. Getting that amount back was the main reason why I wanted to do the finance. So not getting it back I am not completely satisfied.

Great service, loan did not close on time because of title. Pennymac worked hard and returned phone calls quickly even when I had to leave a message.
