Process was started in October. We were told we should close by Dec 8th. Did not close until Dec 20th. We were not told until the closing date was scheduled that we wouldn't get our cash or for over a week after closing.

Communication was not clear. Although I had a main person to communicate with, I received document requests from different people, sometimes about the same documents, documents I did not have to produce or documents I had submitted already.
