I can't say enough how how pleased I am with my VAIRRL refinance experience with PennyMac. The entire process was completed much sooner than I expected. From my first phone call with Jesse to inquire and apply for the refinance to my further service and closing with Julian, I was impressed with their professionalism and felt like I was dealing with long time friends. Everything was communicated clearly and in a timely manner and any questions I had were quickly answered.

As a combat veteran I expect the equal amount of service that I have given to this great country. PennyMac has gone above and beyond with it's services that were provided to me. I called to refinance my house to take advantage of a lower interest rate and was greeted by agent Dion Smith on the phone. Thought the entire process Dion was very patient and was in continuous contact through the whole process. I can't thank Mr. Smith enough for his professionalism and kindness.
The team honored my initial request despite that rates moved up. I was given a credit to not lose me as a customer. It was appreciated and Andrew was great to work with.
I never spoke to This gentleman in regards to the entire loan process there for I cannot rate this fairly the help came from the first person I spoke to Mr Cameron Freeland , yes the work was as expected
The Mac Team were good communicators and made the process easy.
The refinancing process was easily done. Way easier than buying the house
