Penny Mac is an expert with home loans and refinancing, they took me back no questions asked when I got taken by new day loans. They are great and easy to work with.
Responsive and courteous at all times. Did a great job of keeping us posted on progress!
Communication was difficult. Other PennyMac reps that I spoke with were able to calm me and make me feel they were going to help me, but communicating with Cammorah, I felt unsure that she could help me. Very stressful. I’m sure she followed procedure. I’m thankful she was able to make my loan happen and on time.
PennyMac made my refinance extremely simple. I barely had to do anything at all and the process was handled quickly.

All staff worked together well. Regular communication walked us through the process step by step and made it go easily and smoothly! Alfred Reams was very pleasant to work with.
